A: Yes, your dog will be walked by the same person each and every day. It is our experience that this provides for a more comfortable visit and walking experience for both your dog and our walker as both learn the others nuances, tricks, and behaviors.

Q: Are you insured and bonded for the Beacon Hill, Back Bay, South End and South Boston?

A: Yes, we are insured and bonded through The National Association of Professional Pet Sitters of the Carolinas.

Q: How will I know for sure that you have come to walk my dog?

A: After all walks the urban hound leaves detailed notes at your home letting you know what our walk entailed for the day.

Q: Does my dog need to be licensed and vaccinated?

A: Yes, all dogs must be licensed and vaccinated to be walked by the urban hound.

Q: Do you board dogs in the Beacon Hill, South End, Back Bay and South Boston?

A: Yes, we do offer boarding services. We offer two options:

The first is that your dog stays in the comfort of their own home with 4 visits and 2 feedings per day. The time of each visit and feeding are dictated by you prior to your departure. If you need them fed and walked early in the morning, we are here to help! Late night pee before bed? No problem!

Our second option is that your dog is boarded with one of our wonderful staff members, at their home. Often, this means they will be staying with another dog, as our employees do have pets of their own.
